Customers are the bloodline for any business. As a business owner it's your job to make sure you are reaching the right audience and giving them clear ways of communication such as customer service, payment and website navigation. There are many customers who just want to buy one product and may come back in future. These type of customers often find checkout process complicated in most of the eCommerce websites.

Why not have one click checkout on each product page and show the option to continue shopping in the "Thank you" page after customer makes the payment! I really like to think as a consumer when it comes to online shopping. The most annoying things for an ordinary consumer would be finding empty contents with ads when he/she is searching for a specific product and also the expired domains.

Having a live chat really helps to increase sales and customer service standards. If you are going to spend $5K in PPC advertising, why not hire a virtual assistant using freelance sites like Upwork. You may have to try with few people or screen them by interviewing on Skype. There are many highly professional your workforce willing to work on such jobs for as low as $3 per hour.

You may also consider having a Blog and user forum. Forums may get spammed by marketers and BOT programs. But you can always moderate it and keep it for real consumers. Why not add some cool features like live chat with other forum members, contests related to your products. The more you care about the consumers the more you will achieve as a business owner in long run.
